Valley garden, Treen

We are excited to have received planning permission for this fabulous garden in association with Marraum architects’ remodelling of the existing bungalow.

The striking architecture of the new dwelling is complemented by a flowing design using contemporary materials such as corten steel and composite decking with a large wildlife pool at the focal point of the garden. 

An ambitious project; the new landscape includes a level parking area with stone retaining walls to increase the safety and accessibility of the property. A ramped boardwalk meanders around the garden, providing step-free access to the property. The site is located within the Cornwall National Landscape and we were delighted to receive planning permission with no additional landscape conditions due to the strength of the proposal.
