Rowcroft Hospice, Torbay
Rowcroft Hospice is another step closer to having a state-of-the-art facility for caring for older people and those receiving end of life care after planning has been approved for this incredible project. PRP Architects were commissioned to remodel the existing hospice, construct a 60-bed nursing home and 40 assisted living units, three guest lodges and shared community facilities including a restaurant, nursery and village hall.
Alongside Richard Sneesby Landscape Architects we provided the landscaping scheme including roads, car and cycle parking, private and public amenity gardens, restoration of the historic boating pond and new tree planting.
